Economists: Bullock’s ObamaCare Boosts Costs

HELENA – Several studies by non-partisan economists and government experts find the $2.2 trillion “ObamaCare” law championed by Democrat Steve Bullock is already responsible for dramatic increases in family health care costs.

Kiser Study – Costs of Insurance are on the Rise under ObamaCare

The Kaiser Family Foundation, a national non-partisan think tank, finds ObamaCare has already sent prices for health insurance skyrocketing by $3,065.00 since 2008, and $2,370.00 since 2009.

“This legislation will do nothing to make health care more affordable for my family.

Tavia Fuller Armstrong, a 40-year-old mother of three, worries about the health care price increases and huge new taxes families must pay under the health care bill backed by Democrat candidate for Montana Governor Steve Bullock.

Our costs have risen more than 20 percent since its passage, and I expect costs to increase even more,” mother Tavia Fuller tells Yahoo! News.

“As a 40-year-old mother of three, I’d be crazy not to want health insurance for my family…(but) we have to eat and we need a roof over our heads. If it comes down to a choice, food and shelter trump insurance,” says Fuller.

Bullock has vowed to champion and implement ObamaCare if elected.

Kaiser found Bullock-backed ObamaCare was responsible for the higher increase, and they aren’t the only independent economic experts already seeing dramatic damage from Bullock’s law.

Richard Foster, the Chief Actuary for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), reports health care insurance costs will rise 10.5 percent specifically because of ObamaCare policies championed by Bullock.

And more price hikes are coming.

The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office finds Bullock-backed ObamaCare will increase family health care costs by “about 10 percent to 13 percent higher in 2016.”

And as Fuller noted, families like hers face even bigger price hikes.

Even worse, Bullock’s plan slaps huge new taxes on families that can’t afford health insurance.

That’s a punishing blow for working families.

And those without a job face not only huge tax penalties, but a tougher time finding work.

“Smaller businesses will either not be able to afford to subsidize the price of insurance, leaving me on my own, or will simply choose not to hire more than 50 employees,” says unemployed father of two Robert Watkins.

“Either way, I view this as a major stumbling block in landing a job.”

What about the 3 percent real estate tax that will cost average americans tens of thousands on hidden taxes? Why didn’t Bullock bother to protect us?
